COORDINATED ACCESS

Coordinated Access Saskatoon provides a shared approach for helping individuals and families who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Agencies work together using common intake, assessment, prioritization, and referral processes.

The approach is person-centered and connects people to appropriate housing and supports based on their needs, preferences, and available services.

Coordinated Access works with HIFIS, a shared information system that allows service providers to securely access up-to-date information and better coordinate services.
