Luther Heights:
Located in the quiet Richmond Heights neighbourhood, the 4-storey Luther Heights overlooks the scenic South Saskatchewan River. Luther Heights offers 50 affordable rental suites and 70 Life Lease suites. Luther Heights offers a meal program, 24-hour personal emergency response system and many other features that can be viewed on the LutherCare website. Tours are held on the last Wednesday of every month, with the exception of July, August and December.
Luther Family Housing
Luther Family Housing is located in the Wildwood area of Saskatoon. It is in close proximity to the City of Saskatoon’s Lakewood Civic Centre, a skate park, large open park areas and easily accessible bus stops. This facility consists of 30 three-bedroom townhouse units, available to families at an affordable monthly rental. Twenty of the units are two-storey townhouses while 10 are wheelchair accessible bungalows. Each unit is equipped with a fridge, stove, washer and dryer.

Luther Tower:
Luther Tower is located two blocks from the University of Saskatchewan campus on Temperance Street in Saskatoon, SK, close to shopping, pharmacy, the riverbank and Meewasin trails. Standing 22 stories tall, Luther Tower has become a landmark that overlooks the entire city. The facility features 195 1-bedroom suites with full kitchens along with a common dining room on the 22nd floor featuring a 360-degree view of the city skyline. Select suites feature balconies. Rent includes 25 meals. Suites are available on a monthly rental basis with some for immediate occupancy.
